Recruiter reached out to me asking for my interview availability. The interview was mainly a screening one where process was explained and the team wanted to proceed with a second round which I book according to 3 different timeframes. After a while no further news comes up, I receive a message saying that the position was offered to another candidate, although the recruiter mentions that the team had an internal realignment... I agree with the other reviews present over here that it felt like a waste of time.
