Moss New York interview questions

After applying, I received an email to interview a week later. The interview was about 30 minutes via zoom. Interviewer asked general questions and I was told I would be contacted the following week with next steps. It has been over a month and I haven’t received any update regarding the job. Seems slightly unprofessional, not to follow up with candidates especially being that Moss NYC is trying to establish themselves as a new company.
