They only do one-way interviews. So instead of having a conversation about the job & the org, they want you to do a video & answer their questions. I find this to be not only one-sided but not a way to learn anything about them & the work environment. This basically puts you on display like a mannequin or something. I refused to do this & asked about speaking w/ someone instead & they refused.
