Motherson Techno Tools interview questions

Interviews are ok. Many rounds held and it was technical as well as Personality oriented also. But the main part is they offered me salary on WhatsApp. I mean Who in this world now days does that. Very unprofessional. They won't even give you proper offer letter, just a single page mentioning LETTER OF INTENT "LOI" and they will say official appointment letter along with salary you will get at the time of joining. Means now you have resigned and joined then now they can play anyway they want to. It's Dangerous for employee.

Robust Interview Process with three rounds of interview. First HR round, Psychometric Tests and Analysis, Technical Round, Management meeting & Finalization. Discussion is done in very cordial atmosphere. Top Management is extremely down to earth, humble & polite full of courtesy. They adhere to the timelines & disciplined. The HR team was very supportive.
