I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motiv (Evanston, IL) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied online for on campus interview, got notified about two weeks later. The interview was super awkward and as soon as I saw the interviewer I got the sense from him that he didn't like me and it was over. He did not even give me a chance. Really bad experience, especially considering that they are a consulting firm and their employees should be professional and open minded, at least on the surface.

Question 1
Why are you interested, tell me about yourself, previous experiences, imagine you were your previous boss - how would he describe you.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Motiv in Oct 2014
Interview
The application process is 3 interviews: 1 behavioral, 1 case, 1 on site. I only did the behavioral, as I was not invited back for the case. The interview was really easy in a sense, because the interviewer basically just talked at me the entire time: describing the company, the home base city, the culture, etc. He focused a lot on how the company differs from big names like Deloitte and McKinsey. I barely spoke at all, which was actually a little off putting, because I felt like the interviewer didn't get to know me any more than he would have by reading my resume.
