2 phone interviews and 1 final presentation interview. The phone interviews went well and the interviewers were very respectful and nice. I was asked to come back for a third hour long presentation interview. I put hours of work into this project. I was to present KeepTruckin's onboarding kickoff. All information and research had to be pulled from what was available on their website and government sites. I was well prepared and in my opinion it went well. I didn't get any impression that anything was poorly received. My thank you letter was responded to kindly by HR but not be the panel who did not respond at all. I was sent a standard email a day later that I was not selected. Very impersonal and disrespectful. It is standard business practice to keep a presentation interview to around 10 minutes (they asked for 30 to 40). Second it is standard business practice to at the very least call if a final candidate is not selected. This is ESPECIALLY true when you required the candidate to invest so much time into a 30 to 40 minute presentation on your company. As I am sure you will see this seems to be a pattern at this company.
