They will ask vey technical questions and software backgrounds with programming languages and certifications are preferred.
Questions would be around technical troubleshooting.
Communication skills are important.
Cv was discussed in detail and questions were asked as per the things input.

First was the HR screening, i failed that but there were fairly basic questions related to join, root cause analysis etc etc next was supported to be a technical round but i didn't make it

Interview
In the initial interview , the firstly ask your introduction (education background). Ask about the company and whether you are aware of the role and its responsibilities. Ask basics related to technical support and hypothetical scenarios to check reaction and critical thinking.
The round 2 was boty behavioural and technical technicality was focused on hardware rather than software. The employer was very kind he prepared me for the next round. The overall experience was great the discussion call was just about cv and cultural fit.
