With much respect, this review is for the wrong "Motive" company. It appears to be referring to an interview experience with Motive Technologies Inc. (in Chicago}, a transportation software company. However, our company is Motive Search Inc. (in Washington state) -- we are an executive search firm and do not internally hire software engineers.
