Interview
The interview process was not very transparent. The company states that a B1 language level is sufficient, but during the final interview the expectations seemed closer to C1. This was confusing and inconsistent with the information provided beforehand.
The final interview also felt rushed and the interviewer did not seem very engaged in the conversation. Overall, the process did not feel very professional and candidates receive no explanation or feedback after being rejected.

Ik had twee gesprekken met verschillende personen, in het Nederlands en Engels. Beide gesprekken verliepen prettig en professioneel. De communicatie was duidelijk en ik kreeg snel een terugkoppeling na de gesprekken. Over het algemeen een positieve en efficiënte sollicitatie-ervaring!

Easy process. But they give priority to those who have IT background eventhough they say no matter where you come from and all. And at the end of third interview, they would just tell the surprise part like they are looking for refugees or ppl with IT background
