Basic. Very old school, grilling of cv but nothing out of ordinary. They don’t go through the job and what they expect all, more how much you can sacrifice, rather than what you can offer them as an employee.

Interview
I made my applkication online with my CV and was subsequently invited for interview. I got through the initial interview and was invited back on a shortlist. I had to make a presentation as to what methodology I would use to make purchases on behalf of the company. On returning for my second visit, I made the presentation in front of the senior sales manager and his collegue and after about one hour of running through my presentation and being asked basic relative questions about it.

Interview
The interview was conducted at the dealership with the service manager. The meeting was held in an informal and friendly atmosphere. After the conclusion of the interview which lasted nearly a hour I was invited to look around the premises and introduced to members of staff. Before leaving I was told that a decision would be made within the next seven days.
