Telephone interview with two members of staff. The whole process was rather informal with typical behavioral questions with a technical question I was asked to prepare beforehand. Flexible with scheduling a time.

Applied online, got through a numerical test online then got invited to an interview. The interview went ok and was just an informal chat. They also asked me what problems the construction industry could be facing at this time.
