2. Describe the last role and responsibilities.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Mott MacDonald (Vancouver, BC) in June 2022
Interview
There were two rounds, with the direct manager and the manager that I would be closely working with in the technical field.
The HR and the entire process are quite professional. The HR checked with me on interview feedback after each round of interview.
It took 3 weeks since the scheduling of 1st interview until entending the offer. The time frame was fair enough but a bit long to me. I felt really great about this dream company and the position, but unfortunately, I got a better offer just after the 2nd interview. I talked with the manager and wrote an email to HR stated the reason of rejection and HR replied with courtesy. Very professional.
