Mounce & Associates interview questions

There was an initial phone screening that lead to a group panel interview. A common phrase used was, "just being honest." The owner stressed that the job is hard and there is a VERY HIGH turnover rate at the company. This was a strange thing to tell a perspective employee. They keep it simple afterwards. If you get taken back to meet the team afterwards, then you got the job. If you don't, then you didn't.
