Interview
Had an interview with the CIO and the Mission Committee as well as a presentation to a small group of individuals. The Mission Committee interview was to see how my personality would fit with the values of the college.

Was asked a question that had no answer in the hopes that the interviewee would say they didn't know. Did not want someone to make something up when working with a customer.
