Short, simple, straightforward. It requires meeting with the director and the lead faculty for the clinical course. Overall, the interview was a very pleasant experience! I enjoy teaching here and am planning on continuing my career here.

Over the phone and pretty informal. Only about eight questions - DEI, difficult students, teaching style. Was able to ask follow up questions and build rapport with the interviewer. Overall, it was a good conversation and I am looking forward to working with the university.
