I interviewed through a recruiting consortium. A recruiter came to a recruiting event, where students had scheduled interviews. This interview was about 25 minutes long and essentially reviewed the position and my skills.

Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.
