Easy and straightforward. I go to school nearby so they asked me to come in for an interview with one PI that lasted for about an hour, and the week after I had a Skype interview second round with the other PI.

I only had one interview, and it felt like doing a discussion about his and my research. It was amazing. I was very nervous before but ended up relaxing and enjoying the brainstorming interview.
