It was the standard questions. However, the woman that interviewed me asked me why my then-current boss was unaware that I was searching for a new job, and I thought that was an intrusive, naive, and unfair question to ask. As job seekers, we are encouraged not to speak badly of our soon-to-be former bosses. Unfortunately, I was searching for a new workplace in order to escape a toxic boss and workplace and, due to the aforementioned advice, I felt like I could not really give an honest answer. This just seems like the kind of question you DON'T ask unless you want a 100% honest answer.
