I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
Got an Email to schedule phone interview, then the following week was personal ,meeting, process was not bad,It was more like a friendly meeting rather than personal interview, met Professors and few other post docotral fellows.Got selected, but pay was too low according to New York's Cost of living,so I had to let it go.May be the pay scale was decided by NIH but it was too low according to New yorks Expenses.

Interview
Very pleasant on-site interview that involved fruitful discussions with a range of academic colleagues as well as presentation of job-related resources. Clear answers to my questions but lack of any commitments. Kind and professional welcoming.
Lack of important benefits for postdocs.Required to cover myself some of the hiring expenses.

Administrative staff is reluctant in doing their job and only give you a simplified offer letter with minimal wage
Two months after you accepted their offer, they will rescind their offer like it is not a binding contract. A joke is what I view their recruiting process.
