The interviewers did not seem interested to get to know me. One of them suggested I apply to other units. because my RN experience was different than the type of unit I was interviewing for. I was not asked any behavioral questions which I found odd. I was told that HR would reach out to me.

It took 6 weeks from interview to getting job. I think they don’t have a lot of HR people. Overall, it was an okay experience and people were nice. They answered all my questions.

Applied online, reached out by recruiter, screening interview with recruiter, interview with nurse manager a few days later - maybe a 20 minute interview? Received the offer from the recruiter within 3 days.

The interview process was easy over zoom . I had two interviews with the nurse manger then hiring manger . Questions were easy and also they were very professional . The questions were about patients and time management .
