I had a brief 20 minute phone interview followed by a 30 minute in person interview. The phone interview was pretty basic. They asked about my experience and the degree I'm pursuing (Finance). They asked for my GPA and a few questions about why I was interested in working for Mountain America and more specifically why I wanted to go into wealth management.
