Interview

I was invited to the conference room where I got to talk to the recruiter and the other concierge. It was very low stress and conversational. I felt like a part of the team by the end of the interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mountain Aviation (Broomfield, CO) in July 2019

Interview

Very friendly process. I think they really just want to get to know you. Very focused on introducing you to as many of the members of the management team as possible. 1st phase was an interview with HR and the chief pilot, and tour of the facilty. Phase 2 was a face to face with the crewmembers you will be working with and an introduction to the CEO.
