I spoke with both the Manager of the dining floor and the chef.
I had an inside employee introduce me.
I was a high school student so they were concerned about when I would be working and if I would be able to serve alcohol.
Over all it took one day and was a very easy experience. He talked about the duties of the job rather than my background. I was only 16 at the time and it was my first job. I ended up being very motivated and a dependable worker for them.
