For the central region, the first interview is with the clinic you applied to. Typical strength and weakness questions. If you are moved forward you do a second interview with HR where they review your qualifications and discuss salary.

Interview
Initial phone interview follows submission of online application at MTCOMP.org. A second in person interview occurs if continued interest is present after the phone interview. Drug screening and background checks are run as is standard in public health.
