Mountain High Resort interview questions

Very relaxed. Environment was low pressure. The interviewer explained to me what sort of skills were required to be a ski instructor. It seemed like there were 2 important things. The first is how well you are dealing with people especially children. They are looking for people who can make other people enjoy their time while teaching. The second thing is they want to make sure that you have snowboarding skills.

The entire interview process was just through email. They sent me an email with all the questions in it and I sent back an email answering all the questions in detail.
