Mountain State Justice interview questions

Had a zoom interview well over a month ago with so many people on I don't understand why everybody in the organization needed to be on there (reception for god's sake). Was told they were going to make a decision by the end of the following week. Emailed the head of the org and the person who reached out to set up the interview. No response. Emailed again and the person who reached out said they were making a decision soon. It's been a month and a half and I have not heard a word. Very disrespectful to applicants time and effort. Unprofessional.
