Super down to Earth and great. The management is real, they ask questions that aren't expected, but aren't completely difficult to answer. The interview process was comfortable and I got offered the position before I reached my car.

Standard service industry interview about who you are, related service industry questions, and an explanation of how The Mountain Sun runs differently than other places. I went during a group interview and was interviewed by a manager and then an owner. The manager conducted an interview whereas the owner just affirmed that I wanted to work there.
