Mountain View Medical Group interview questions

The interview was fine, mostly small talk. I wasn’t asked very many questions about myself, work history, skills, or anything pertaining to my knowledge or why I would be a good fit. It wasn’t bad. The most frustrating part was being told that 7 other candidates were being interviewed and that we would hear back either way. There was no email or phone call to let me know about the position and when I followed up via email, there was no reply. I understand there may have been a better fit, there will always be someone better for any position, however it was a let down when I did not receive an email telling me that the company moved forward with another applicant so that I could ask for any feedback, etc.
