Applied and got chosen to do a video interview (basically record yourself answering questions that the app gives you) which I did well on and got a video panel interview. This step completely revealed the lack of professionalism in the company! Turns out the job description was completely off from what they were looking for and the main interviewer was someone with less experience than me and seemed very intimidated by that. The panelists weren't even listening to each other! One asked me about a problem they had and if I had experience fixing it and when I answered that I did with examples but then another panelist responded by saying they didn't have that problem I was literally just asked about! Like what? She didn't understand I was given a question by another panelists and acted like I was just talking about my experience fixing a specific issue for no reason. So it comes as no surprise that they didn't even send a rejection email which has become a staple of unprofessional companies at this point.
