Applied on an official vacancy. First part was a written easy test (IQ/math/logic/English). You will do this together with other candidates. Second part was an interview in their offices, with HR, team supervisor and team members. The Interview was professional and fair. Interview language: part local, part English. Apart from HR, members of the team were present in the interview, which I liked and find valuable. Got a professional reply fairly quickly.
