      Client Concierge Interview

      7 Dec 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MoveSnap (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2018

      Interview

This was hands-down the WORST interview process of my life. This company interviewed me on the phone, in-person with the hiring manager, and in-person with the hiring manager and CEO. I wasted hours of my life preparing, planning, researching, going into the city, paying for parking, finding sitters for my kids etc. At the final interview with the CEO I knew things had gone south. No answer was good enough and he continuously disregarded my responses and questioned my ability to commit to the job and be all-in on client care. This job was actually the most perfect fit for me from a skills and personality department, and I feel my family situation was used to degrade my ability to do the job. After the final interview I sent my thanks. Then a follow-up. And another. And another. Then reached out via LinkedIn. THIS COMPANY GHOSTED ME!! I've never in my life felt so disrespected and disregarded. For a company that prides themselves on going beyond "above and beyond" for clients, they didn't even give me the respect of a simple "thanks for your time but it's a no". I waited until I had another role to post this review. I truly hoped at some point they would come through with a response. But nope!
