Called by Moveline Talent circle to assess my interest and salary requirement.
Received a phone call interview by senior personnel regarding myself and my capability.
2 rounds of face-to-face interview process. Each round I have met with 4 different senior operations personnel. It sound like they have a script or series of questions that needed to be asked.
It took about 20-30 minutes for each person to interview me.

Interview
I had 2 interviews total, both of which were very thorough and somewhat lengthy. The first of which last about 30 minutes, while the second lasted around an hour. I was interviewed by 4 separate people, all of whom had different lines of questions, involving my past experience in the business, my personal and professional experiences, my theoretical reaction to certain business situations and also my business ethics.
