-4 interviews/3 in-person at HQ
-Spanned over a month
-Required portfolio/panel to go over portfolio
-Multiple project design assessments given last-minute (to mimic the time frame of the position)
-Final panel with upper management & exec presenting projects.
-Never heard back, found out via LinkedIn that the job title, description, and hiring timeline had completely changed.
-Got a generic rejection email (saying I got rejected from the new job title that I never applied to?) and was told they can't provide feedback at this time... After four interviews and multiple deliverables, that is one of the most unprofessional ways to close a recruiting loop I've ever seen.
