Hey there, Vaibhav here. Thank you for taking the time to interview with us, and sorry we didn't reply with more details and specific feedback, and it's clear this is not a great experience.
We try to be very responsive and for any interviews, optimize for candidate experience, and we do have guidance to have phone calls with decisions and provide feedback. We want to bring this to screening calls as well but given our rate of growth, it's very difficult for us to provide feedback after manager screening calls right now. We will get better at this.
