Practical, and very positive. I appreciated the interviewees at the time not doing standard Leetcode process. Everyone was friendly and I felt welcomed overall. First was a phone screen then at the time (precovid) onsite with developers and leaders.

I was asked standard questions about simple unix commands, and overall designing simple REST APIs
