Had a 45 mins intro call with HR and then had 2 stages after that with members of the team. My last interview was put into 2 parts as one of the team couldn’t make the initial time. I waited quite a long time between interviews for a response, but was hopefully because I made it to the last stage. I had to follow up quite a lot after the last stage, and when I last followed up I just got an automated email back saying I didn’t get the role. Not even from an actual person, no feedback. Just felt very odd to just get an automated email response back considering I had made it through to the last stage and invested a bit of time into the interviews. I feel like the recruiters do ghost you if they’re not interested. Quite disappointed I didn’t get a shred of feedback or evening an email from the recruiter themselves saying I didn’t get the role.
