I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Mozilla (Berlin) in Aug 2021
Interview
After my application I was quickly invited to an online coding challenge (2h, but took much less time). After that a Zoom interview was scheduled for the following week. It was about 1h of personal questions. About 10 days later I had the final interview, which was 45min of technical questions related to programming, privacy and web technologies.
Since the process moved so quickly and they told me they were looking to hire as soon as possible, I was expecting an answer soon. However, I didn't hear back from them for four weeks and only after inquiring twice I was told that the position had already been filled.
