The interview process was meant to happen across 4 stages. The first 2 interviews happened rather quickly, one after the other. The interviewer was friendly but clearly not well-prepared. Interview 3 was very professional and presented challenging questions. The wait for the results for interview 3 took extremely long, over 4 weeks, only for me to find out that I didn't make it to the final round.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mozilla (Mountain View, CA) in July 2010
Interview
Pretty typical -- technical phone screen, followed by a day of talking to individuals who were loosely focused on different facets -- some technical, some personality/style.
The technical focus was quite deep (as I would expect and hope), but not gruelling (with one exception, where the interviewer was much more rapid-fire with the technical questions).
In general, though, it was quite conversational.
