      Maintenance Mechanic Interview

      7 May 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Lindsay, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Mozzarella Fresca (Lindsay, CA) in Aug 2013

      Interview

The interview was conducted by 3 individuals, 1 shouldn't have been in the room at all, when asked what my abilities are, with all individuals already knowing what they already are, since it was an interview for an inter-company transfer to another plant, having 1 individual in a top management position that doesn't know how to be professional in his job, conduct the interview with myself and others, anyway, the position he's achieved by lying and cheating, should for him come down around his head, and hopefully his peers will see who he really is, and do something about it. And not hold a injury against me, I performed my job daily with no problems.
