Mozzaz interview questions

Met with CEO & VP of Sales for in person interview. Discussed my experience and relevant projects. Got a idea of the background of the company and the mission. Waited a few days and got a response back saying that they would like to start me off in a contract role (for some immediate work over the next month) and then transition me to full-time (assuming they liked my work). Was able to start the day after the contract offer.

Interview with CEO, EVP Sales and Head of Engineering Pros: - very good and speedy interview process - knowledgable people - company with purpose Cons: - Very questionable company's ethics, integrity and hiring practices. CEO called me to let me know that I am the succeeding candidate, agreed salary, package, contract details. Two days later writes that they chose another candidate. Silver lining, better to know about these fundamental flaws now than later.
