Interview
AWFUL
They shouldn’t even be allowed to interview people and if that’s how they interview it says a lot about the company and the dynamics. 1st interview was fine because it lasted literally 10 minutes. 2nd interview was with 2 people including the medical director who switched off the camera and audio for the interview, didn’t even introduce themselves and didn’t even say goodbye at the end. The whole interview was so dry, no real interaction, would have had a better feeling doing it with an AI. I was shocked, they advertised the job as open to graduates and the questions were set for someone who would have years of experience. Obviously still haven’t heard from them back even after reaching out. In a way it’s good because they are showing their true self from the beginning, wouldn’t want to work for a company like this.

I applied online. I interviewed at MphaR (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
Initial screening interview involved scenario-based questions. I was then invited to a second interview with the medical director, but nobody joined the call. I followed up by email immediately and again 24 hours later but received no response. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful experience, and a significant red flag.
