I had a competitive screening process,before my interview, you have a required written test ,areas covered are math ,spelling, grammar and then fingerprinted, at my interview I had tree people asking me questions, and before I could answer the first, another person would be asking the next question, then the two interviewers started arguing about the question. I Don't know how I got the Job, Maybe they felt bad about there behavior?
