Mubashir interview questions

They took the test which is comprised of data structures, OOPs, Database, Mathematics. Then I cleared the test they took my interview which is totally from artificial intelligence and probability.

I was told that three interviews are in process. 1. Screening 2. Internal Team Technical 3. Overseas Technical I have cleared all three. Then I get no response. After having around weekly followup conversation it came to my knowledge that position has been hold. In same company I had interview 1 year ago for another position and situation was same. Don't know why they take interviews.
