Interview
I completed a phone interview first. Manger didn't seem to know much. I came in for an in person interview with 3 people. 2 of the people seemed to have a lot of knowledge and understood what I was describing. The 3rd person was completely clueless and kept asking a lot of irrelevant questions.

Interview
I applied through the dice.com and they call me 1 weeks later, I talk with them on phone and then from that they call me for in person. I interview with 3 people, managers and dev. There was no testing, just tech questions. For futrue peoples they just looking for someone that will be easy to work for them and do what they says and also know how to programming, that is most important for them. They will not ask you many technical questions because they are not very experienced in that fields.

Interview
Had an initial phone interview with the department manager. I was then brought in for an in-person interview with the department manager. I was then asked back to meet again with the department manager, the VP and the rest of the department and to take a skills test that consisted of a proofreading exercise and a correspondence test in which I was asked to dispute a traffic ticket.
All went smoothly and was very professional. All up to the point where I sent them a very professional, nice and apologetic email declining the offer and the response I received was "OK." Thought that was a little rude, particularly when coming from a communications exec, but I'm sure it was a little sour grapes that I rescinded my initial verbal acceptance of their offer.
