The interview process started normally. The recruiter called me and asked few personal details and educational details. Then she booked an appointment for phone interview. Once i cleared the interview, she booked another interview with team manager for my skill test. I got through the interview and again i got an appointment with the panel of directors to check my attitude and the problem solving approach etc.,(behavioral skills). Later i got an offer for the job and I did negotiation on salary and then I accepted new offer from the company. The total process was exciting if i remember as a whole.
