The interview process at Multichoice Zambia is quick and you will get feedback within 2-4 weeks. The process for CSR involves in person and then followed by a training that determines whether you are offered the job or not.
It was pretty easy straight forward as long as you are eloquent. They will mostly ask you to talk about yourself and your experience. Sometimes they may ask some scenario based questions
It was simple, straightforward and you have to come with hard copies of your credentials too. Go early too. Dress well, be smart and focused. You have to stay on queue if applicants are much.
