First of all, we would like to thank you for taking your time in putting your response here. It’s only through the feedback(genuine) we are able to give the best atmosphere to candidates / employees. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the experience you have with our interview process. However, at Multidots, we always aim towards to make the interview experience better for the candidates.
Let us take this opportunity to share few eligibility criteria (apart from technical ability) of our interview process. We have pretty transparent interview process. Top management has access to each and every interview records. We have strict policy for not considering those candidates who want to negotiate in salary by showing another company's offer letter. Apart from that, the most important thing which we look is whether the candidate fits in our culture or along with his willingness to accept the change.
It is a humble suggestion that if you are unable to connect to the right person or not getting the intended response, it is best to drop an email on contact email id.
