Multisorb Technologies interview questions

They followed a very thorough process but I very much enjoyed it. There were several stages with different contacts that conducted the interviews. All the interviews were held via phone and in a relatively short amount of time which I appreciated.

Phone interview with recruiter/Skype interview with HR and Executive. Meet and greet type interview very basic. In my opinion it was kinda dumb because they didn't want to talk about work or anything related so Im not sure how they could judge off this type of interview? I don't think they are looking for an energetic young confident (30-35yr) sales professional. This company seems to be very low key and boring so try to be that guy for the interview.
