Very tough and stressful interview process with trick questions, without guidance from a recruiter/the hiring manager I would not have made it.
Was offered a role, and then when declined it was effectively put down by the hiring manager (incl. comments on my ambition etc).

One question I was asked: what makes you different?
Face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager to talk about the opportunity, company, your background, career movements & the decision process behind that, what REALLY drives you etc... Extremely challenging and forces you to self-reflect. It's amazing how much you can learn from one interview! Memorable experience.
