I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Multiverse
Interview
Very lengthy interview process. They were in growth mode so, but a lot of the interviews felt redundant and unnecessary. Some of the team members I met with seemed burnt out. The company seems great, however, I highly recommend rethinking the interview process.

I interviewed at Multiverse (London, England)
Interview
Really fair. Informal phone call followed by video interview that was more challenging. Yet to complete the interview process as there are two more stages to go. The next stage will involve a presentation and the final one will involve a role play.

Question 1
They asked me about a situation where I have had to have a difficult conversation about the performance of either a colleague or student.
Very comprehensive process, more than one stage, with lots of information provided to candidates in advance . There was opportunity for reflection abs to ask questions, as well as a micro-teach.
Initial interview was an informal chat about past experiences and went well. I was rejected during the second interview after doing the mini-lecture and coaching role play, which was a bit hurtful.
